Quantity A
Quantity B
Ashley’s score
Charles’s score

A. The quantity in Column A is greater
B. The quantity in Column B is greater
C. The two quantities are equal
D. The relationship cannot be determined from the information given

Take values for it..
Let B's score be 100, so A's score will be 100+100*\(\frac{20}{100}\)=120..
Let C's score be X, so B = 100=x-x*\(\frac{20}{100}\)=0.8x...x=100/0.8=1000/8=125.
So quantityB >quantity A as c>a

If Charle's score is 100
Bert's score will be 80 (100-20% of 100)
Then Ashley's score if 20% more than Bert's score so (100+20% of 80= 96
Hence, Quantity B is greater
