Quantity A = y^2 + 25
Quantity B = ( y - 5) ( y - 5)
= y^2 - 5y - 5y + 25
= y^2 + 25 - 10y
Since the value of y can be of any positive, negative or zero numbers, the answer is D.
Quantity B = ( y - 5) ( y - 5)
= y^2 - 5y - 5y + 25
= y^2 + 25 - 10y
Since the value of y can be of any positive, negative or zero numbers, the answer is D.

A= \(y^2+25\)
B=\((y-5)^2=y^2+25-10y=A-10y\)
If y is 0, both are equal
If y >0, A is greater
IF Y<0, B is greater.
D
