Let s be the third side of this triangle,
So, s< (11+2); s<13 & s>(11-2); s>9
between 2 and 11, 11 is the only possible value of the third side of this isosceles triangle.

Great use of triangle inequality here:

QA:
We are given 2 and 11.
Lets call the third side x.
Using the triangle inequality property here:
x+2>11
x>9
and
11+2<x
13>x>9
X must be between these values. Of course, if x=2, the inequality would not hold - so x=2 is not a valid option. X must be 11.

QB is 11, so they are the same.
