First recognize that IF the angle on the right side were EQUAL TO 61°, then ABCD would be a parallelogram, in which case. . .
Side AB would be EQUAL TO side CD
Now recognize that IF the angle on the right side were GREATER THAN 61° (like 90°), then . . .
Side AB would be LONGER THAN side CD
Now recognize that IF the angle on the right side were LESS THAN 61° (like 40°), then . . .
Side CD would be LONGER THAN side AB
So, since 60° is LESS THAN 61°, we can conclude that side CD is LONGER THAN side AB
Answer: B
