Re: When the manufacturer of Voltage, a major soft drink, change [#permalink]

We can summarize the conclusion as:
- Vainilla exports in an island of the Indian Ocean began to fall because the new formula doesn't contain vanilla.

This strengthens if: "Imports of vanilla beans dropped in countries where Voltage is made", because it relates the no-necessity of vanilla for the Voltage fabrication.

Re: When the manufacturer of Voltage, a major soft drink, change [#permalink]
Mathematical approach to this would be:

1. Vanilla Beans = Increase in Sales
2. No Vanilla Beans = Decrease in Sales

Now, scientists say that the New Voltage formula doesn't have Vanilla Beans which decreased the sales

Prediction:

Hence, our answer choice should say that amount of Vanilla Beans is decreased when Voltage is manufacturing them.

Scanning Answers:

(D) Imports of vanilla beans dropped in countries where Voltage is made.
