A nice fast approach is to assign a nice value to x
Let's say x = 1
We get: \(\frac{2^x +2^{x−1}}{2^{x+1}−2^x}=\frac{2^1 +2^{1−1}}{2^{1+1}−2^1}\)
\(=\frac{2^1 +2^0}{2^2−2^1}\)
\(=\frac{2+1}{4−2}\)
\(=\frac{3}{2}\)
Answer: B
