ASIDE: If √something = 1, then we know that something = 1
Given: √(3-2x) = 1
This means (3 - 2x) = 1
What is the value of (3 – 2x) + (3 – 2x)² ?
(3 - 2x) + (3 - 2x)² = 1 + 1² = 1 + 1 = 2
Answer: C
