C - L =S (per unit)
where C is the cost, L is the loss, and S is the selling price.
80L = 20S
L=0.25S

C = 1.25S

NOW
A = 80C = 80*1.25S = 100S

AND
B = 100S

so A is equals to B

Loss = CP - SP

Therfore 80 * (CP - SP ) = 20 * SP
80 CP - 80 SP = 20 SP

80 CP = 100 SP
