To most efficiently evaluate Quantitative Comparisons eliminate values shared by both quantities to precisely determine the relationship between the quantities.
In this scenario, no matter what amount of money Galvin received, it will be the same impact for both Quantity A and Quantity B, so we can eliminate Galvin from consideration in both.
Then, we are just comparing 3/11 of Park vs 3/10 of Jack. Since the values must be non-negative to add to 120 when combined with Galvin, we can confidently compare 3/10 vs 3/11 alone without worrying about negative values affecting any products.
3/10 > 3/11, so the correct answer is choice A - Quantity A is always greater.
