You're right; if that's the problem, the answer is not C...

Maybe a better question is: where the hell do they keep all of those animals??

Well , I got Answer (B). rabbits = 33, dogs = 33- 6 = 27.

Ratio of Cat : Dog = 5/9 so 5*3/ 9*3, which lead us to cat = 15.

Cat/ total = 15/75 = 20%.
that why Answer is (B)
