Increase writing speed in AW

Hello everyone! I'm considering re-taking the GRE test and my last AW score is 3.5. It seems rather difficult to increase the AW score. My issue writing is always slow and hardly complete writing during the test. How to increase the speed as well as the score?
Can anyone shed some light on this please?

Thanks for the reply! Kind of new here and trying to find some resources or courses to improve my AW issue writing skills (my Verbal and Quantitative are good)..
