I've formatted my solution to better help see why the answer is A.

\frac{[fraction]1/1[/fraction]}{[fraction]1/5^{-2}[/fraction [#permalink]
\(\frac{\frac{1}{1}}{\frac{1}{5^-2}}\)

We can rewrite the numerator \(\frac{1}{1}\) as \(1\)

We can rewrite the denominator \(\frac{1}{5^{-2}}\) as \(5^2\)

So,

\(\frac{\frac{1}{1}}{\frac{1}{5^-2}} = \frac{1}{5^2} = \frac{1}{25}\)

The answer is A
