I am studying hard in english for GRE. But my mock score is not increasing. I think i am focusing too much on words. So comprehension i miss out. What shall i do to increase my speed in english.

To increase your reading comprehension (understanding of English while reading), you should read a lot, especially articles from aldaily .com. Don't cram vocabulary, instead, read sentence and articles and try to understand them and whatever words you encounter which are difficult, note them down and memorize those words, make sure you understand the context of those words.
