Explanation
3/8 of the employees work at the plant in Indonesia
3/8 of 6000 = (3/8)(6000) = 2250
So, 2250 = number of employees in Indonesia
Twice as many employees work at the plant in Mexico as work at the plant in Pakistan
Let P = number of employees in Pakistan
So, 2P = number of employees in Mexico
There are 6000 employees in TOTAL.
So, 2250 + P + 2P = 6000
Solve, to get P = 1250
This means that 2P = 2500
Answer: 2500
