I tried to follow your instruction, but still having problems to create my profile.

I have inserted my personal information in the screen 1 and registered my username and password in the screen 2, however when I try to submit this information in the screen 3 (Review and submit), the website page does upload and it does not confirm the registration.

I have contacted the GRE support team by e-mail to report this problem and I have also sent to them all the data related to my registration, however I get no answer so far.
