I just answered GRE Prepclub's quant test 1 and found it to be a little bit more difficult than the powerprep tests. I usually score 18 or a 19 on powerprep tests but on this one I scored only 14. Is the difficulty of GRE Prepclub's quant tests comparable to the actual GRE?

Absolutely it reflects the real test.
Moreover the difficulty of a question is a personal perception. Saying is a question is 680 or 720 is like to say: do you like the Sistina chapel ?? yes or no but it is still a capolavoro.
Also, GRE is section adaptive and NOT question adaptive.
