The GRE prep tests doen't give the real test environment because they are separate.
What do suggest other that manhattan , Kaplan, and ETS?
I tried Crunch but I think it is too hard and time consuming. Any suggestions ? I need a lot of tests to practice and also if you have a good reference for time strategy because I'm really weak at this :/

Our test is closer to the real.

And I do not have biases. believe me, after so many years on the field.

So, for practice they are perfect but it is not like the actual GRE because they are separated, without scoring system, and AWA. Got me ?

Well, there are several reasons why it is not in the same fashion as the real test: to implement that architecture you need a software basically in an .exe format or to build in ajax on the web which is not only quite laborious but also expensive.

However, as it set up the section are CAT.

If you see the sibling exam: the gmatclub exams is the same way and people think it is really close to the GMAT exam.

I am not trying to trick you but if you take two quant sections in a row and two verbal if you are prepared to crash the real GRE you will do so either way of a test which is Quant verbal /quant Verbal.

As for the AWA during the exam, it is rated by a computer first, then a human and the average is your score. In the case of clear conflict, it will be rated by a second human.

Once again, if you are so prepared , thanks to us here or other prep company, to smash the test, you will do with or without an exam which resemble the real exam.



More than five years ago when I took my first GMAT exam with a decent score ( to be precise 8 years ago) I never did a mock test before to hit the test center. I knew only that the quant was before verbal section and that there were two AWAs . So.................

Also, McGraw-Hill GRE Practice Test (under tier 2 of above list) gives 6 practice tests now, for free. I found some questions to be repetitive. But overall, like Sandy mentioned, they give explanations for every question and is good for practice.

This is not good news about Princeton. I got not a good grade at but Kaplan very good grade.

In addition to these free tests, how much time should I devote to achieve the best score on GRE?

I did 5manhattan, 1-kaplan, 1 princeton, 3 ets

Does Kaplan or Princeton has more?
I want one more good one with full length. What do u suggest? I don't want these as practice.

Is there any way we can get an estimate of our possible test score from GRE Prep tests?

For example, a 16/20 on Quant could equate to a 160+ score on the real test etc. Something like that.

Moreover, opinions are really different . I realize that after an extensive search.
The benefit from them that you live the test environment and u understand ur weaknesses , strength, time strategy.
My test is tomorrow I will tell more if i changed my opinions

Does Manhattan GRE give 6 tests with a strategy giude as it does for GMAT or only 1 free test. Anyone who has used Manhattan.. please respond..
