KEY CONCEPT (Power of a Product law): \((x^ay^b)^n=x^{an}y^{bn}\)
Applying the above law, we get:
Quantity A: \((a^{-2}b^{-2})^{-1}=a^2b^2\)
Quantity B: \((a^{-1}b^{-1})^{-2}=a^2b^2\)
Answer: C

We get same values by solving ColA & Col B ,
Ans is C
