I would like anyone to help me to interpret this :
If the question mentions :
1- there are 10 boys as many as girls
2- there are 80% as many boys as girls
How do these two sentences differ ?

The first one is 10 boys and 10 girls
The second, there 8 boys and 10 girls if we assume there are 10 students
Ask if you do need something else.
