The first scenario seems like it could never happen because it's a product of two X's and one y which will always be greater than the product of two y's and one x. This is due to the rule that x>y.

The second scenario fits because of the assumption we have made for the first scenario.

The third scenario can't work because of the fact that we know the product of two x's and one y is greater than the product of two y's and one x. On top of that it makes it negative. Even assuming x could be a negative integer, it still has no basis for them to equal eachother. Cheers!
