ANS : D. My reason is if length is equal to breadth then it is 1/2,but length may be greater than or lesser than breadth.So my answer is it cannot be determined.Waiting for your answer.

Let length be \(a\) and breadth be \(b\). Then \(a= 2*b\)
\(PS = a = 2*b\)
\(RS= a + b = 3*b\)
\(\frac{PS}{RS} = \frac{2}{3}\)
Hence option A.
