\(21^2 = 3^2 \times 7^2\)
\(3^2 \times 7^2 = x^2 y^3
\)
\(9 \times 49 = x^2 y^3\)
No number on the LHS gives you 9 and 49 raised to the third power. So on the THS y must be one
So
\(21^2=x^2\)
Making square root we do have that \(21=x\)
therefore, \(x=21\) and \(y=1\)
\(x-y=21-1=20
\)
\(20 > 7\)
A is the answer
