We can solve this question quickly using matching operations.

Quantity A: 4.2701 + (2.291/2) - 5.6446
Quantity B: 1.111 - 5.6446 + 4.2701

Subtract 4.2701 from both quantities to get:
Quantity A: (2.291/2) - 5.6446
Quantity B: 1.111 - 5.6446

Add 5.6446 to both quantities to get:
Quantity A: 2.291/2
Quantity B: 1.111

Multiply both quantities by 2 to get:
Quantity A: 2.291
Quantity B: 2.222

Answer: A

We can subtract 4.2701 and add −5.6446 to both the quantities.

We'll get, 2.2912/2 in quantity A and 1.111 in quantity B.

Simplify quantity A and we get, 1.1456.

Now, if we compare quantity A with quantity B, that is,

1.1456 and 1.111.

Quantity A is greater than Quantity B and the correct answer is A.
