When we compare snack A servings to 4:
Calories: 4 * 200 = 800
Cost: 4 * 1.7 = $6.8.
Total group consumption calories - Snack A calories => 3250 - 800 = 2450.
2450/Snack B calories = No of Snack B servings => 2450/350 = 7.
7 * cost of each Snack B serving = Total cost of Snack B servings => 7*0.6 = $4.2.
Total Snack A cost + Total Snack B cost => $6.8 + $4.2 = $11.
$11 is given in the question as total cost, therefore option C is the answer.
Calories: 4 * 200 = 800
Cost: 4 * 1.7 = $6.8.

let the total number of snacks A = x
similarly, total number of snacks B = y
total calories = 3250
total money spent = $11
1.70x + 0.60y = 11 .....(1)
200x + 350y = 3250 .....(2)
solving simultenously,
x = 4
hence, answer = C
