GRE scores needed for Cornell dual degree program

As far as I understand one needs to ace 333+ GRE to get to Cornell.
Does anybody have more insights into what may be the Quant/ Verbal scores breakdown needed to get into their master's program (like urban tech dual degree program).
Does the admission committee pay much attention to AWA scores?
Any insight is greatly appreciated.
