Here,
she worked 12 hours extra and she was paid =12∗18 = $216 ( 1.5 times of $12 = $18)

for 40 hours she was paid regular rate = 40∗12= $480

Total $ received = 480+216 = $696

For 52 hours her pay at the regular rate = 69612 = 58 hours
