Do I have to learn primes till 200? or is there some trick to this question.

No, that's probably not necessary.
Up to 100 should be fine (aka Quantity A)

The farther you go out (positively) on the number line, the fewer primes there are, given wide enough intervals. 100 is a wide enough interval.

Remember:
\(1-50\): \(15\) primes
\(1-100\): \(25\) primes

Following \(1-100\), the primes decrease!

Hence, option A

Rule of Prime Numbers: The Numbers of Prime Numbers in a given range reduces as we go to the right side of the number line

=> Number of Prime numbers between 0 to 100 > Number of Prime numbers between 101 to 200.
=> Quantity A > Quantity B

So, Answer will be A.
Hope it helps!

P.S.: You can also sit and count the number of prime numbers in these two ranges, but it will be very time consuming.
