|x + y| < 20;
the modulus represent the region between lines: (x + y) < 20 and (x + y) > -20
we can draw line: x + y =20 and x + y = -20
now the region between |x + y| < 20 and 0 < y < 20, which is a parallelogram
Area of parallelogram: base*height = 40*20 = 800
