Here,
\(\sqrt{x+3}=\sqrt{ x}+ \sqrt{3}\)
Squaring both sides
\(x + 3 = x + 3 + 2\sqrt{3x}\)
or \(2\sqrt{3x} = 0\)
or \(\sqrt{3x} = 0\)
Squaring both sides
\(3x = 0\)
or \(x = 0\)

I think this question is falter.
The answer is B and even if you substitute 2 in the roots the equivalence does not hold true.
