Total ways of picking 3 points out of 8 to form a triangle = 8C3 = 56
Now, we must know that - "If one side of a triangle inscribed in a circle is a diameter of the circle, then the triangle is a right triangle and the angle opposite the diameter is the right angle"
Each Diameter will make 6 such right triangles. And, there would be 4 different diameters which will give us different right triangles.
So, Total DIFFERENT Right triangles formed = 6 x 4 = 24
Required Probability = 24/56 = 3/7
