GRE Essay Templates Are Legal?

I'm making my own template for the issue and argument essay, but this means that every time I take a GRE exam, my essays will look similar.
Is this considered as copying and could get points off?

It's not considered copying and you won't get points off, especially because you are making your own template.
Actually, it won't be considered copying even if you use somebody else's template. After all, the ideas are your own. And, it's common for test takers to use templates written by someone else.
I once had the opportunity to ask a GMAC official whether it's a problem that almost everyone uses the same templates for the GMAT essay. The reply was that it isn't the problem. So it shouldn't be a problem in the GRE either.
