The sum of an integer and its reciprocal is x + 1/x. We can simplify this expression to:
x + 1/x = x^2/x + 1/x = (x^2 + 1)/x
So we see that the numerator is 1 more than the square of the denominator.
Since 65 is 8^2 + 1, we see that 65/8 is the answer.
Answer: E
