First fill (ii) blank with the clue "when their behavior starts to affect trees". It means that traditional forest management is slaughtering deers when they affect trees. Choice F matches this. Now you can fill (iii) blank easily. Since the management is preserving forest at the expense of killing the deers, therefore, it is sacrificing animals biodiversity for protecting plants'. Using the previous reason, only "normal" is best match for (i).

Attack the blank (i)- there is a clear hint of change in direction, so we are looking for something not "man-made" -> natural (best suits with "normal")
Blank (ii) - I couldnt grasp the meaning as readily, and couldnt guess the word as blank(i). In such cases try to pick-up hints from options (as last resort) & lets assume like in my case you dont the know meaning of "culling"
a. from the options its clear "feeding" & "domesticating" are more or less like synonyms .. gives a hint for 3rd option
b. with this lets look at the sentence and plugging, so if i plug in "feeding" and "domesticating" sentence does not make such sense.
e.g. winds up "feeding" when their behaviour starts to affect the trees ?
and moreover next sentence starts with "tragedy"
