A. \(\sqrt{{\sqrt{1}}}\) = \(\sqrt{1}\) = 1, and 1 = \(1^2\) so its true
B. \(\sqrt{4}\) = 2, which is NOT square of a number
C. 18/2 = 9 = \(3^2\) so its true
D. 41-25 = 16 = \(4^2\) so its true
E. 36 = \(6^2\) so its true
So, Answer is B
