Solving for x:
\(\frac{48}{x} = 4\) or \(\frac{48}{4} = x\) or \(x= 12\)
Now evaluating Quantity A
\(16.666..% * 72\)= \(16\frac{2}{3}%*72\)=\(\frac{50}{300}*72\)=\(\frac{50}{100}*24\)= \(12\)
Hence Option C is the correct option.
