Let the 10 consecutive positive integers be
x, x+1, .... x+10
Mean = {x*10 + (1+2+ .... +10)}/10 = {10x + 55}/10 = x + 5.5
Clearly, 5 integers are greater than mean and are less.
So, the answer is C

Greater than mean means on number line the number must fall after the mean value i.e. if there are 1 to 10 numbers then mean must be 5 and greater than mean means the number should be in the range of 6-10. So probability must be half
