Planning to Take GRE

Hello Everyone,
I had been mulling over taking GRE for the past year or so, finally I did take the GRE practice TEST from the ETS website and I am attaching my scorecard for your reference.
Q146 V149 was my final score. I am from a non-Quants background(No STEM or Accountancy/Statistics), I am not a native English speaker and I take time switching from British English to American English.
During the practice test
1. I did not use any paper or pen for the quant section, just mental maths
2. I randomly guessed a lot of answers in both sections
3. I lost track and got bored during reading comprehension
4. felt really anxious while giving the practice test
wanted to know how and where can I improve, your guidance will be appreciated.
