Three different committees consist of 8, 10, and 13 people, respectively and
N is the total number of different people in the 3 committees combined
Note that the least value of N will be achieved when we have maximum number of people who are repeated in each committee
So, we need to find the max(8,10,13) = 13, which means that 13 unique people are there and 8 of them are in first committee, 10 in second and all 13 in third.
So, answer will be A
