Kudos for the right answer and explanation


65 - 32 = 33
So, point B is 33 units TO THE RIGHT of the "new origin" at (32, 68)
So, with respect to the second pair of axes, the x-coordinate of point B is 33
ELIMINATE A, D and E

We're left with answer choices B and C

At this point, we need not determine the actual y-coordinate of B (with respect to the second pair of axes)
Since point B is BELOW the "new origin" at (32, 68), we know that, with respect to the second pair of axes, the y-coordinate is NEGATIVE
ELIMINATE B

By the process of elimination, the correct answer is C

The new axis has origin points (32, 68) which represent Point A.
and given that point B is (65,20)
and asking how is point B will be on the new axis? if the origin is (32,68) point A
To determine the x-intercept= 65-32= 33.
and y- intercept= 68-20= 48 and should be negative
From here answer is C (33,-48)
