1q = 2p ;/4 => (1/4)q = (1/2)p => (x/4)q = (1/2)p
1g = 4(2p) => 1g = 4q => (1/4)xg = 1q

Basically we do have \(8p=4q=1g\)

A says we do have half pints which are half 8=4

B says 1/4 ----> so ONE quart is 4

4=4

C is the answer
