The answer is B here.
I tested number to see what happens to the area of both rectangles.
X has 1.20 length y and width 0.8 Y.
Lets say that Y has length of 10 and 8 and A= 80
and X will have length of 12 and width of 6.4 ==> A= 12 * 6.4= 76.8

For rectangle x , length=L ,width=w ,and area =Lw
for rectangle y, length=1.20L ,width=.80w
are of y = 1.2L* .80w=.96Lw So x>y
for rectangle y, length=1.20L ,width=.80w
are of y = 1.2L* .80w=.96Lw So x>y
