Volume of cylinder is π*r^2*h
Thus, r^2*h = 36. It is given that value of r and h should be greater than 1.
Thus, if we select r = 2 (r^2 = 4) and h = 9, then 4 * 9 = 36.
Thus. 2+9 = 11.
Thus, B is greater.
