Out of 500 picture frames shipped, there are always exactly 20 damaged frames
=> 500 - 20 = 480 are undamaged.
=> damaged to undamaged ratio = 20/480 = 5/120 = 1/24
So, the answers are B,D.
=> 500 - 20 = 480 are undamaged.
=> damaged to undamaged ratio = 20/480 = 5/120 = 1/24
So, the answers are B,D.

Out of every 500 picture frames shipped, there are always exactly 20 damaged frames.
500 - 20 = 480
So, there are 20 damaged frames for every 480 undamaged frames
In other words, the ratio damaged frames/undamaged frames = 20/480 = 1/24
So any answer choice that yields the ratio 1/24 will be correct
A. 5/100 = 1/20 NO GOOD
B. 5/120 = 1/24 WORKS
C. 10/250 = 1/25 NO GOOD
D. 20/480 = 1/24 WORKS
E. 40/800 = 1/20 NO GOOD
