Explanation

You need a word in the blank that is the opposite of the words lighthearted and liveliness and spontaneity, so something like strict would match. Priggish and punctilious are both related to taking the rules much too seriously.

Hence options priggish, punctilious are best fit!

Priggish is to sanctimonious. Redoubtable is to fearful and respectful.

Chose priggish based on process of elimination, but not sure how a "holier-than-thou" attitude is the same as taking rules too seriously (punctilious)

Some people think that being too picky is not a good attitude in life. Life should take more easily. Therefore, who is C and F does not have a good attitude towards life
