Let's use the matching operations approach
NOTE: since m > 0 and n > 0, we can be certain that mn > 0 (that is mn is POSITIVE)
Given:
Quantity A: m/mn
Quantity B: n/mn
Multiply both sides by mn to get:
Quantity A: m
Quantity B: n
The given info only tells us that m and n are both positive.
So, there's no way to tell which quantity is greater
