Today I took my GRE diagnostic, i.e. my first ever GRE. The test was the first timed practice test and I scored 311 with a 153 in Verbal and a 158 in Quant.. Now I want to develop a well tailored study plan with the appropriate duration.I also want to understand how much I can improve in what time frame and what should be my approach hereon. Looking for some experts to help me out here. Also, what study material should I use to achieve the target.

You have a great plan! It is very difficult for me to make such plans for myself, because I always try to overfulfill it, from which I quickly burn out and cannot concentrate on my studies further.
