volume = pi*r*r*h
cylinder A = pi*x*x*h1
cylinder B = pi*2x*2x*h2
as volume of both cylinders are same
pi*x*x*h1 = pi*2x*2x*h2
x*x*h1=2x*2x*h2
h1=4h2
