Calculate the distance between point A and the centre of the circle: \sqrt{(3-4)^2 + (2-5)^2)} = \sqrt{10}

So all points lie within the range: \sqrt{10} - 1 and \sqrt{10} + 1 (since 1 is radius of the circle)

Given,

center of circle is at (4,2) and radius of circle is 1
center of the line segment is (4,5)
min distance from point on line segment to point on circle = 5-3 =2
max distance from point on line segment to point on circle = √17
so the distances will be of range 2≤d≤√17

so options B,C,D,E,F
