central angle of each pizza slice =40
so no of slices in the pizza = 360/40 =9
each employee should get atleast 2 slices
total no of slices for 20 employees =40 slices
to get atleast 40 slices minimum no of pizzas required will be 5 (5 pizzas = 45 slices )
answer will be 5 pizzas
