Bad Academic Record MS admit

I am a CS graduate with a bad academic record especially in engineering. I have many backs ( re-attempted exams many times) and still have an average CGPA 6.8 /10
In am pretty sure about having a good work experience,projects, certifications,SOP, LORs in my resume.
I scored a 322 in GRE.
Also, I will be applying for Masters in Human computer Interaction so technically I'm changing my stream. Do I still have a change of getting into a good university?
